2. MAKE A CONTRACT WITH US

2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

2.2 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. If you accept a suggested alternative product (if available) or agree to the corrected pricing, we will process the order as mentioned in 2.1. If you do not agree, your order will be cancelled.

2.3 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods.

2.4 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.

2.5 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith. Specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

3. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.

3.2 The buyer assumes responsibility for the goods being suitable for the purpose for which they are being purchased.

3.3 Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.

3.4 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.

3.5 We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by using Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. 

3.6 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.

3.7 All prices quoted on our website are in GBP and include 20% UK VAT unless purchasing outside of UK or EU countries where tax will not be applied. Any applicable local duties or taxes are subject to final shipping location and the responsibility of the buyer. Note: website prices for purchases within the U.S.A. will be displayed in U.S. Dollars.

3.8 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

3.9 Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.

3.10 Only discount codes obtained from the www.filmsticks.co website or official Filmsticks ambassadors will be honoured.

4. DELIVERY & CARRIAGE CHARGES

4.1 Goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days and any indicated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice. Dispatch may be delayed in accordance with point 4.10.

4.2 All orders on www.filmsticks.co are sold from the United Kingdom and shipped from the United Kingdom or from the United States (for orders placed within and shipped to the USA), with the aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days, pending shipping, duties & customs delays, which are outside of our control. Deliveries may also be delayed in accordance with point 4.10. 

4.3 We can deliver our products to most locations including Great Britain, North America, Europe, the Middle East and South Africa. A specific list of countries we ship to will show up in the shopping cart when entering your shipping address.

4.4 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. Please make sure the package can be received or arrange for pickup. We will not be responsible for refused packages.

4.5 Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.

4.6 If there is no one to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date, the goods may be returned to the courier where it will be your responsibility to re-arrange delivery when convenient for you. 

4.7 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by the couriers for redirecting your delivery (if the couriers are able to make the change). This will delay your delivery.

4.8 Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within two working days of delivery of the items. Please take pictures of the package and any damage to the box and product.

4.9 If the goods are lost or damaged please report this to us within two working days from the delivery day. Please take pictures of the package and any damage to the box and product.

4.10 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We are not responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

4.11 Time shall not be the essence of the sale unless expressly stated in writing by Filmsticks regarding delivery of product

4.12 Free delivery is available on orders that meet the required minimum purchase amount as indicated on the website or shopping cart.

4.13 Any VAT and Customs Duty fees incurred in receipt of purchases from the UK is the responsibility of the buyer, and identified by the Country importing the goods. 

5. RETURNS / REFUNDS

5.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Your satisfaction is our top priority and rest assured we will treat every case personally.

5.2 Our stock products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. A restocking fee may apply.

5.3 To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 15 days
• The product is in its original packaging and the product isn’t used or damaged. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
• You contact us to discuss the return and send pictures to explain the problem.
• You receive a Return Authorization number.

            Note: Please contact us before you return the product.

5.4 Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during return shipping.

5.5 We reserve the right not to replace any item that has been used, as we will deem this acceptance of the goods. 

5.6 We are not liable for any loss of earnings due to late, incorrect or lost deliveries.

 

6. FAULTY GOODS / GUARANTEE

6.1 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. In addition, you must provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. Please see points 4.8 and 4.9 for time restrictions.

6.2 All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s 2 year warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.

6.3 The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.

6.4 If an exchange is authorized, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until either an indicative digital image is supplied by the customer, or the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked. Note: Do not return products unless you have contacted us and received a Return Authorization number. The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

6.5 If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However, our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance, you will have the option of a refund on the items under the warranty claim.

6.6 Where we replace faulty goods, you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.

7. LIABILITY

7.1 The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the EU.

7.2 We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses. You should therefore not purchase any of the products until you have confirmed they are the correct product for your needs.
